Centrifuge is looking for an energetic and active Ecosystem Lead to join our marketing + community circles. You are passionate about equitable, open-source tech and transparency. You enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced environment and coordinating team efforts. You should already be familiar with the DeFi space and have reach in those networks.

We are an early-stage startup with a big mission to bridge real-world finance to DeFi. We do this by tokenizing real-world assets, like invoices, so that they can be financed through our Tinlake pools at tinlake.centrifuge.io. We are nearing $2m in TVL, with major features in the coming months to exponentially expand our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead engagement campaigns that excite and grow our community
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the Centrifuge Ecosystem
  • Create new processes to drive overall ecosystem participation
  • Target unsaturated audiences in the Polkadot and Ethereum DeFi communities
  • Leverage your own networks to help Centrifuge gain the right exposure

Bonus:

  • You know the crypto space and know your way around in it. You’ve been in it long enough to tell legitimate projects and scams apart.
  • Have a network and reputation in the Polkadot and/or Ethereum DeFi communities
  • Familiarity with the project and followed our community for a while
  • Worked with open-source projects in the past

There is no preferred work location, but you will be working primarily with a Berlin and NYC timezone. The role is full time.
